Make quality healthcare easier to reach in Pakistan — by meeting patients on the platform they already use, and giving clinics the calmest operating system possible. We believe the best healthcare tech is invisible to the patient and liberating to the clinic.

Team

• RK — Founder. Product, engineering, and customer success. Writes the initial code and most of the copy.
• Engineering — One full-time engineer today, scaling to three by Month 12. Next.js, Supabase, and GCP.
• Clinic success — A dedicated lead who onboards each clinic and sits with them through the first month of real usage.
• Business development — Focused on Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, and Hyderabad multi-doctor clinic chains.

Roadmap

Phase 1 · now

Marketing site, clinic dashboard, Meta-approved WhatsApp Business Cloud API, multi-lingual UI across English, Urdu, Sindhi, and Roman Urdu.

Phase 2 · weeks 3–8

Backend services, AI replies in production, full patient WhatsApp flows, inbound calling on WhatsApp, reviews, Supabase Realtime.

Phase 3 · months 3–6

Payments (Stripe, JazzCash, EasyPaisa), multi-branch, lab integrations, analytics, white-label, Patient and Doctor mobile apps.

Phase 4 · 2027

GCC expansion, HL7 FHIR, multi-clinic holdings, franchise model, vertical products for specialised care.
