What does Hamdam.care actually do?
Hamdam is a WhatsApp-native clinic operating system. Patients book, reschedule, and follow up on WhatsApp. Your clinic gets a single dashboard for conversations, appointments, reminders, broadcasts, analytics, and multi-branch operations.
Do my patients need to download an app?
No. If they have WhatsApp, they have Hamdam. Every interaction happens in a normal WhatsApp conversation — no app store, no account, no password.
Is Hamdam approved by Meta?
Yes. Hamdam runs on the Meta WhatsApp Business Cloud API with a verified Meta Business Account. Template approvals and messaging-quality compliance are handled by our team.
Does it support multi-branch clinics?
Yes, on the Enterprise and Enterprise Pro tiers. Each branch gets a scoped dashboard while sharing the same patient database and billing account.
Pricing
How much does it cost?
Six monthly tiers in PKR — starting with a 15-day free trial, then from PKR 6,500/month for Starter up to Enterprise Pro (custom pricing). See the pricing page for the full breakdown.
Does the subscription include WhatsApp conversation fees?
No. Meta charges per conversation by category (utility, marketing, authentication). Those fees pass through at cost. Service conversations — patient-initiated and replied within 24 hours — are free.
Can I cancel or downgrade any time?
Yes. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle with the current month prorated. Cancellation is immediate; your data is preserved for 30 days in case you change your mind.
Onboarding
How long does it take to go live?
Most clinics are live within 5 business days. That covers WhatsApp Business verification, dashboard configuration, doctor and schedule setup, and your first bot flow.
What do you need from us to get started?
A national tax number, business registration, a mobile number to register with Meta, your list of doctors and schedules, and one admin contact. Our team walks you through each step.
Do you migrate our existing patient records?
Yes, where possible. Send us a CSV or export from your current system and our team maps it into Hamdam during onboarding.
Security
Where is clinic data stored?
On Supabase Postgres with Row-Level Security, plus encrypted backups. Each clinic’s data is isolated by policy — no clinic can ever read another clinic’s data.
Who owns the patient data?
The clinic. Hamdam acts as a data processor on behalf of the clinic, as described in our privacy policy. We do not sell, share, or repurpose patient data.
What happens if we leave Hamdam?
We provide an export of your clinic’s data on request. After cancellation we preserve data for 30 days, then permanently delete it.
