Hamdam onboarding is deliberately small. We get your clinic live on WhatsApp in under a week — with a real human sitting with you through every step.

    Discovery call

    Day 1

    20-minute call with your clinic lead. We map your current booking flow, understand your specialty mix, and confirm tier.

  2. 02

    Meta business verification

    Day 1–2

    We guide you through Meta Business verification — a one-time step that legitimises your WhatsApp Business account.

  3. 03

    WhatsApp number + template review

    Day 2–3

    We register your clinic’s WhatsApp number on the Cloud API and submit your first set of message templates for Meta approval.

  4. 04

    Dashboard setup

    Day 3

    Our team configures your clinic account, adds doctors, imports schedules, and loads any existing patient list you share.

  5. 05

    Bot flow + AI tuning

    Day 3–4

    Together we design the first booking and reminder flows, and train the AI assistant on your clinic’s specific knowledge base.

  6. 06

    Staff training

    Day 4

    A 45-minute live training with your receptionists and clinic manager. Recording provided for the rest of the team.

  7. 07

    Go live

    Day 5

    We switch your clinic on with a pilot cohort of patients, monitor the first 48 hours, and stay on a shared WhatsApp group for the next 30 days.

First 30 days

After go-live we stay on a shared WhatsApp group with your clinic for the first 30 days. Questions, tweaks, template updates, analytics walkthroughs — answered the same day. After day 30 you move to standard support at support@hamdam.care.
