Refund policy.

How refunds work on Hamdam.care. Short answer — we refund unused time on the current cycle if you cancel within the first 14 days of a new subscription.

Last updated: April 18, 2026

1. Free trial

Every new clinic gets a 15-day free trial on sign-up. No payment is taken during the trial. If you choose not to continue, nothing is charged and no refund is required.

2. 14-day money back guarantee

If you cancel within the first 14 days of your first paid billing cycle, we refund the full subscription amount. This applies to the first paid cycle only — renewals and subsequent cycles are non-refundable except as described below.

3. Renewals and subsequent cycles

Subscription fees for ongoing billing cycles after the first are non-refundable. If you cancel mid-cycle, your subscription remains active through the end of the current paid period and no partial refund is issued.

4. Meta WhatsApp fees

Meta WhatsApp conversation fees already consumed are non-refundable. These are charged by Meta directly for messages delivered on your clinic's behalf and cannot be reversed by Hamdam.care.

5. Service interruptions

If Hamdam.care fails to meet its 99.5% uptime target in a given calendar month, affected clinics may request a service credit equal to 10% of that month's subscription fee. Service credits are applied to the next invoice and cannot be paid out as cash.

6. Exceptional cases

We review requests outside of these standard terms case by case — for example, a clinic that loses access due to a verified billing error on our side. Contact support@hamdam.care with a description of the issue.

7. How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 business days. Bank transfer refunds can take up to 21 business days depending on your bank's processing times.
