1. How to cancel
A clinic owner or billing admin can request cancellation at any time by emailing support@hamdam.care from the email address registered on the clinic account, or by messaging us on our official WhatsApp number.
2. When cancellation takes effect
Cancellation is effective immediately on confirmation by our team. Your clinic dashboard remains accessible through the end of the billing period you have already paid for, then transitions to a read-only archive for the 30-day preservation window described below.
3. Data preservation after cancellation
Clinic and patient data is preserved in read-only form for 30 days after cancellation. During that window you may reactivate the account and continue where you left off, or request a data export in CSV or JSON format.
After 30 days your clinic and patient data is permanently deleted from active storage. Anonymised aggregate usage statistics and legally required audit logs continue per the schedule described in our privacy policy.
4. Outstanding WhatsApp fees
Any unbilled Meta WhatsApp conversation fees accrued before cancellation are invoiced with your final statement. Outstanding balances must be cleared before a data export is released.
5. Cancellation by Hamdam.care
Hamdam.care may cancel a clinic subscription if the clinic violates our terms of service, breaches the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy or Commerce Policy, or fails to pay invoices for 30 days or longer. In those cases we provide written notice, a 14-day remedy window, and a final export if the issue cannot be resolved.
