Core AI features

What your AI receptionist does and how much of it you get.

AI contacts (saved patients)

Every patient who messages your clinic on WhatsApp is saved in your patient list inside Hamdam.care — name, phone, past appointments, chat history. The number on your plan is how many patients you can keep in that list.

Tier tip: Starter (700) fits a solo or 2-doctor practice. Pro (7,000) fits a busy multi-doctor clinic seeing 20–30 new patients a week. Enterprise (20,000) fits a hospital.

Think of it like a digital filing cabinet — each patient has one drawer with everything about them.

AI messages (conversations)

Each “conversation” is one back-and-forth chat thread with a patient in a month. If a patient messages you 10 times, that’s still 1 conversation. The number on your plan is how many conversation threads the AI can handle per month.

  • If you go over, you can upgrade or pay PKR 2 per extra message — if you turn on “Pay for Over-Usage”.

Tier tip: Starter (1,500) ≈ 50 patient conversations per day. Pro (25,000) fits high-volume clinics. Enterprise (50,000) is hospital-scale.

AI capabilities (knowledge entries)

These are the “smart answers” you teach the AI about your clinic. Write a fact, save it, and the AI uses it automatically when a patient asks.

  • “Our parking is on the second floor.”
  • “Dr. Ahmed only sees children.”
  • “We are closed Fridays 1–3 pm for Jummah.”
  • “Cash and JazzCash accepted, no cards.”

Tier tip: Starter (30) covers basic FAQs. Pro (250) covers a multi-doctor clinic. Enterprise (500) covers a hospital with many departments.

Think of it like training a new receptionist — every knowledge entry is one fact they now know.

Speech-to-text (voice notes per month)

Many patients send voice notes instead of typing — especially older patients or those speaking Urdu/Sindhi. Hamdam.care converts the voice note to text so the AI can read it and reply.

  • No more asking the patient to please type — voice works naturally.

Tier tip: Available from Growth onward. Growth (200) ≈ 7 voice notes a day. Pro (600) ≈ 20 a day. Enterprise (1,000) ≈ 33 a day.

Automation & flows

How much the system can do on its own without staff clicking anything.

Bot flows (automation paths)

A bot flow is a pre-built conversation that runs automatically for specific situations — faster than writing a new reply every time.

  • Appointment booking flow: patient says “I want appointment”, flow asks for preferred doctor, shows timings, books the slot.
  • FAQ flow: patient asks a common question, flow answers instantly.
  • Emergency flow: patient types “emergency”, flow shares clinic helpline immediately.

Tier tip: Starter (2): booking + FAQ. Pro (8): booking + FAQ + emergency + reminders + reviews + follow-ups + broadcasts + feedback.

Fully automated workflows

A bigger, smarter kind of automation — available only on Enterprise plans. The system does a multi-step sequence by itself with zero staff clicks.

  • Patient books → confirmation sent → 24h reminder → 2h reminder → post-visit rating request → if 5 stars, send referral invite.
  • This is how Enterprise clinics run with minimum staff — the system does the repetitive work.

Team & communication

Who can log in and how much you can broadcast.

Team seats / staff logins

Each seat is one person who can log into Hamdam.care with their own email and password. Each person can have their own permissions.

  • 1 seat = clinic owner only
  • 2 seats = doctor + 1 receptionist
  • 5 seats = doctor + 2 receptionists + manager + accountant
  • 8 seats = full clinic team

Broadcast templates (saved)

A broadcast template is a pre-written WhatsApp message for sending to many patients at once. Every template must be submitted to Meta for approval first. Your plan limit is how many approved templates you can keep.

  • “Reminder: tomorrow at 3pm with Dr. Khan.”
  • “Eid Mubarak — we are closed on Eid, reopen Monday.”
  • “New pediatric vaccination service now available.”

Broadcast messages per month

How many broadcast messages you can send out each month. Different from the template limit — templates are the blueprints, broadcasts are the actual sends.

  • "Utility Only" means reminders, confirmations, announcements. Marketing broadcasts (promotional offers) sit under stricter Meta rules and fees; Enterprise Pro unlocks marketing broadcasts.

Tier tip: Growth (50/mo) ≈ 1–2 broadcasts a week. Pro (150/mo) ≈ 5 a week. Enterprise (300/mo) ≈ daily broadcasts.

CRM = Customer Relationship Management — a system clinics use to track patients. If you already use one (Zoho, HubSpot, a custom one), Hamdam.care syncs patient data both ways.

ERP = Enterprise Resource Planning — a bigger system that runs finance, inventory, payroll, etc. Hamdam.care sends appointment, revenue, and visit data into your ERP automatically. No double entry.

Real-time data sync

When a patient messages on WhatsApp or books an appointment, it appears in your dashboard instantly — no refresh needed. When your staff replies, the patient sees it on WhatsApp within seconds.

  • Included on every plan. Like Google Docs showing changes to everyone instantly.

Data storage

Every message, appointment, patient record, and prescription is stored safely in the cloud (Singapore data centre, encrypted). Included on every plan — no extra charge for storage regardless of volume.

  • Retention: messages 2 years · appointments 5 years · media (prescriptions, lab reports) 2 years · audit logs 3 years.
  • Nothing is deleted unless you request it or cancel for more than 30 days.

Multilingual (Urdu / Sindhi / English)

The AI reads and replies in three languages — English on all plans, Urdu and Sindhi on Growth and above. The AI auto-detects which language the patient is using and replies in the same language; if the patient writes in Latin script, the AI quietly normalises it on the backend before replying in proper Urdu or Sindhi script.

Tier tip: Critical for clinics serving rural patients, older patients, or Sindhi-speaking communities.

Pay for over-usage

What happens if you hit your plan’s limit mid-month? You either stop until next month (default on Free Trial), or keep going and pay per unit.

  • PKR 5 per extra contact
  • PKR 2 per extra message
  • PKR 8 per extra voice-note transcription
  • PKR 3 per extra broadcast message

Custom limit adjustment

Instead of paying per-unit overage, request a permanent limit increase on your plan — if you consistently need, say, 4,000 contacts on Growth instead of 2,000. No need to jump a full tier.

On Enterprise and Enterprise Pro you get a named person at Rahinex as your single point of contact.

Pricing FAQ

What clinics ask first.

Does the subscription include WhatsApp conversation fees?

No. Meta charges per conversation by category. Service conversations — patient-initiated and replied within 24 hours — are free. Utility, marketing, and authentication messages pass through at Meta’s cost. Use the calculator above for a realistic estimate.

Can I cancel or downgrade any time?

Yes. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle, with the current month prorated. Cancellation is immediate and your data is preserved for 30 days.

What happens after the 15-day free trial?

You’ll get a reminder at day 12. Pick a paid plan to keep going, or let the trial expire. If you expire, your clinic’s data is preserved for 30 days before deletion.

Do you support multi-branch clinics?

Yes, on Enterprise and Enterprise Pro. Each branch gets its own scoped dashboard with shared patient data and a single billing account.

How is Enterprise Pro different from Enterprise?

Dedicated account manager, custom integrations with existing systems, SLA (99.9% uptime, 15-minute response), and on-request co-located engineering. Pricing is by quote and depends on your scale.
