Why WhatsApp-native

Pakistani patients already live on WhatsApp. Asking them to download an app, create an account, and remember a password just to book an appointment protects a software company's user analytics, not the patient's time. We picked the other side of that trade-off. Patients stay in the chat they already use; clinics get a dashboard where everything shows up in one place.

What we believe about clinic software

Most clinic software was designed for insurance-first hospitals in Western markets, then localised on the surface. Hamdam.care starts from the opposite end — a small, multi-doctor, cash-first, WhatsApp-first Pakistani clinic — and works outward from there. The result is a product that feels native to the way healthcare actually runs here.

Hamdam.care is built and operated by rahinex.com— a Pakistani software studio that builds SaaS, AI, and WhatsApp infrastructure for operators. The same engineering craft behind Rahinex's client work goes into Hamdam.care.

Mission

Make quality healthcare easier to reach in Pakistan — by meeting patients on the platform they already use, and giving clinics the calmest operating system possible. We believe the best healthcare tech is invisible to the patient and liberating to the clinic.

Where we're going

Right now we focus on clinics. Over the coming months we layer payments, multi-branch, lab integrations, and patient mobile apps on top of the WhatsApp foundation. The north star is a single clinic operating system that any clinic can turn on in a week and still feel at home in five years.
