1. Service nature
Hamdam.care is a web-based software-as-a-service platform. All access and usage happens through the Hamdam dashboard and the Meta WhatsApp Business Cloud API. There are no physical goods shipped — therefore, no courier, tracking number, or physical delivery address applies.
2. Account activation timeline
A free trial account is activated instantly on successful sign-up. The trial dashboard is available within 10 minutes of registration. A confirmation email with login instructions is sent to the registered email address.
Paid plan activation happens within 2 business hours of successful payment. The clinic dashboard, doctor seats, and broadcast quotas for the purchased tier are enabled on activation.
3. WhatsApp number provisioning
Provisioning your clinic's WhatsApp Business number on the Meta Cloud API typically takes 2–5 business days. This includes Meta Business verification, display-name review, and initial template approval. Timelines depend on Meta's review queue; we keep you updated throughout.
4. Onboarding handover
Full onboarding — including dashboard configuration, doctor setup, patient data migration, bot flow design, and staff training — is completed within 5 business days for standard clinics. Multi-branch and Enterprise Pro clinics may take 10 to 14 business days depending on scope.

5. Data exports
Where delivery includes a data export — at onboarding or on cancellation — exports are delivered to the registered admin email in CSV or JSON format within 5 business days of request.
6. Delays and escalations
If any delivery milestone slips, we notify you in writing with a revised timeline and the cause. You may escalate unresolved delays by emailing support@hamdam.care; escalations are triaged within one business day.
